The Lazy Seals are running a quick introduction to freediving/snorkelling on Sunday 5 July, 11am to 4pm at Porirua Pool.

The course is in an effort to raise funds for club members who will represent New Zealand at the World Champs in Denmark, all of whom will be instructing on the day and two of whom had number one world rankings last year - so it's an opportunity to be taught by some of the world's best!!!

The course will cover safety, basic physiology, breathing techniques, static and dynamic apnea, rescue and some of the basics required for deeper diving.

The cost will be $100 or discounted to $80 for fully paid club members. Please confirm your attendance by Thursday 2 July.
