A beginners night will be run at Freyberg Pool to introduce new divers to freediving. The night will include theory, breathing exercises, safety and in-water static session. No prior experience is needed, however everyone will need a wetsuit, mask and snorkel. If you need any of these, let us know and we can try to sort something out.
